I think I can, I think I can....
Today is the start to the New Year and New Me! I cannot wait to get this journey underway. I have setup my meal plan for the week and braved the grocery store to get the necessary items!
Sunday -
Breakfast: Shakeology shake with peanut butter and a drizzle of honey
Lunch: P90X Chef Salad
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: Grilled flank steak with instant brown rice
Monday-
Breakfast: Shakeology shake with peanut butter and banana
Lunch: P90X Deli wrap
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: P90X Turkey Taco Soup
Tuesday-
Breakfast: Shakeology shake with peanut butter and honey
Lunch: P90X Turkey Taco Soup
Snack: Banana
Dinner: P90X lemon garlic chicken, brown rice, and steamed asparagus
Wednesday-
Breakfast: Shakeology shake with peanut butter and banana
Lunch: P90X Chef Salad
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: Baked fish w/ brown rice
Thursday-
Breakfast: Cheese Scramble
Lunch- Shakeology shake w/ peanut butter and honey
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Turkey Burger and P90X Coleslaw
Friday-
Breakfast: Cheese Scramble
Lunch: Shakeology shake w/ peanut butter and banana
Snack: Strong Cheese
Dinner: Deli Wrap
Saturday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ honey and peanut butter
Lunch: Turkey sandwich w/ carrots
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Grilled Steak w/ side P90X chef salad
Each day will of course include a P90X workout routine as well...
Sunday- Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
Monday- Plyometrics
Tuesday- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Wednesday- Yoga X
Thursday- Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Friday- Kenpo X
Saturday- X Stretch
First workout time! Bring it on P90!! =)
