Today was the beginning of a new week! I am fueling my body with lots of protein and veggies and gearing up for the long haul! I had my first Core Synergistics workout this afternoon, and I must say it was different. Who ever heard of a Superman Banana Roll?!?!?! It was extreme... The X in P90X if you ask my opinion! Haha!! I cooked up some yummy stir fry for dinner and it was AWESOME! I'm so ready for tomorrow... Cardio X here I come!!
