Meal Plan and Workouts for the Week

Here's the plan for week two of the program...
Monday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Snack: 12 Raw Almonds
Lunch: Insanity Deli Sandwich
Dinner: Baked Fish with Brown Rice

Tuesday-
Breakfast: Oatmeal and fruit
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Dinner: Insanity Whole Wheat Pasta w/ Veggies

Wednesday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Snack: 12 Raw Almonds
Lunch: English Muffin Pizza
Dinner: Insanity Chicken Meatballs
Thursday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Insanity Chicken Meatball Leftovers
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza

Friday-
Breakfast: Banana Walnut Oatmeal w/ Fruit
Snack: 12 Raw Almonds
Lunch: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Dinner: Insanity Citrus Baked Chicken

Saturday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: Chicken Tacos
Dinner: P90X Lemon Garlic Chicken

Sunday-
Breakfast: Shakeology Shake w/ Banana and Peanut Butter
Snack: Melon Balls  
Lunch: Chicken Tacos
Dinner: Insanity Brown Rice Bowl

Monday- Cardio Power and Resistance
Tuesday- Pure Cardio
Wednesday- Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Thursday- Cardio Recovery
Friday- Cardio Power and Resistance
Saturday- Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs
Sunday- Off
